  Use and Sign-Up Privileges Golf Membership Includes no charge for green fees, cart fees, bag storage, lockers, range access and handicap fee. Use of all of the golf, tennis, fitness, swimming, and social facilities. Sports Membership Includes access to 8 tee times per year at reduced fees. Restricted times may apply. Access to the practice facility before your round of golf. Use of all of the tennis, fitness, swimming and social facilities. Social Membership Includes access to social events, main restaurant and bar, private dining room, and restaurant courtyard and ballroom. Immediate Family Privileges Members will be entitled to have their spouse and the children of either spouse under the age of 24 living at home, attending school on a full-time basis or in the military enjoy membership privileges at the Club. Extended Family Privileges A member’s extended family will have the rights to use the Club’s facilities in the company of the member upon payment of reduced fees. A member’s extended family will include the parents, grandchildren, and children who are 24 or older or married, of the member and his or her spouse and the spouses of such children and grandchildren. Club Guests Club Guests, accompanied by the member, will be entitled to use the Club Facilities on such terms and conditions as the Club determines from time to time. Club Guests are non-members designated by the Club to use the Club Facilities, including, without limitations, prospective purchasers of the memberships in the Club and property in The Crosby. The Club has set an absolute number of times a Club Guest may play golf at The Crosby. From time to time, Club sponsored events will occur on the day the Club is closed. Refundability of Membership Deposit The membership deposit is one hundred percent (100%) refundable at the end of 30 years, or earlier upon resignation and re-issuance of the membership. For those members who had all or a portion of their membership deposit deferred, upon resignation and re-issuance of the membership they will be entitled to a refund of what they paid. Until the Club has issued all memberships in a particular category, the Club will issue four new memberships for every one membership re-issued from the resale waiting list, on the basis of first resigned, first re-issued.
